The Business Analyst - IT works as a liaison amongst stakeholders to understand the structure and processes of a given business area, identify and define business problems, opportunities and needs, and enable Information Systems to deliver solutions that support its goals. The Business Analyst - IT serves as a primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and works directly with our customers to help solve their problems optimizing how they utilize the applications to meet their business needs. The Business Analyst Associate - IT provides domain knowledge and feedback to improve product usability implementation efficiency and product supportability. The Business Analyst - IT works independently on simple to moderately complex projects and may assist other senior staff on moderately complex projects across multiple business areas.
