The Customer Service Agent is responsible as the first point of contact to assure positive customer relations for Security Health Plan. Interactions are with members, applicants, providers, and agents in representing Security Health Plan. The majority of contact is conducted over the telephone. The Customer Service Agent will assist the callers and walk-ups with benefits, benefit limitations, problem solving, enrollment materials, complaints, and all other Plan inquiries.
