Ministry Health Care - Saint Joseph's Hospital has an exciting Radiology Systems Analyst opportunity available in Marshfield, WI! This is a full-time position normally scheduled to work Monday - Friday.
The Radiology Systems Analyst is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities of the Radiology Patient Care Monitoring System (MERGE). In this role you will assist with the development, installation, compatibility, implementation and support of the MERGE system. This individual will work closely with Information Systems, BioMed, and the Manager of Heart and Vascular Services regarding hardware, software, and operational issues.

In this role you will
Develop and maintain information handling technologies that collect and use patient data to support decision making and patient care.
Analyze, develop, evaluates and maintain information technologies to store collected data in a retrievable form.
Monitor and ensure efficient functioning of the system, network, and hardware. Ensure the use of the systems by all associates and physicians.
Train, educate, and orient associates and physicians on the system. Coordinate ongoing training and continuing education of the system.
Serve as first point of contact for issues with hardware, or software or use of the MERGE system.
Assist with performance improvement activites for the department by providing data and anlaysis. Maintain procedures to monitor continuous quality improvement for the MERGE system.
Keep current with knowledge of the system and train/update associates accordingly.
Assume responsibility for knowledge in patient montioring, regulatory requirments, objectives of care, required patient care documentation, organizational and department policies and procedures, and ensure compliance.
Evaluate the need for system upgrades, application, and testing. Develops contingency downtime plans for system failures.
Serve a primary point of contact with the vendor to ensure proper use of system.
Respond to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
May be required to work extended hours to meet project deadlines or resolve problems.
Requirements:
Graduate from a approved school with an Associate Degree, Diploma, or Bachelors Degree in Nursing; Graduate of an approved School of Radiography; completion of an approved Surgical Technologist program; or Bachelors degree in Information Technology is required. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Clinical experience in Radiology Specials service is Preferred
At least 3 years of experience in clinical patient care or in an IT applications environment working with clinical systems and/or 5 years experience in a project management or IT role.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
