Job Description:
Under the direction of the Team Lead or Manager, the Programmer/Analyst is involved in most phases of the development process. This includes: gathering specifications, creating and refining new or revised computer system functionality specifications, conducting the detailed analysis and design, programming, testing, documentation, assisting in implementation, and follow-up support of the users. Ability to work and thrive in a team environment is critical.

Responsibilities:
Gathers specifications, understands and defines the problem, and evaluates potential solutions to the problem.
Identifies commonality in a problem set to develop a generic solution, which can be extended to solve multiple problems;
Prepares vision documents, functional specifications, or detailed programming specifications;
Creates technical solutions for function, performance, reuse and availability and prepares technical specifications;
Designs modules and systems that integrate well with existing systems;
Applies programming and analytical techniques to determine causes of program malfunctions and
Recommends procedures to correct programming or system errors and evaluates results.

#### Experience and Skills:
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Applied Math, MIS, or Web Development is required.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics or related field is preferred.
Formal programming experience with C++, .NET, Web Development or Database Development is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
