Provide work direction, development, coaching and performance feedback to Application Services staff while establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal customers.
Manage the day-to-day allocation of work to available resources
Lead, coach, mentor and develop
What You Need for this Position
At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- A background in C#, .NET preferred
- Technical leadership
- Technical Project Management
- Logistics and transportation a plus
- Application Services
- Internal customers
- Working with geographically distributed development teams, including offshore partners
